Samantha: Class of 2010

Another amazing 2010 senior!   These were taken when there were not only leaves on the trees, but flowers, too.  I know, it’s hard to remember, but these photos should jog your memory!

Samantha was such a great model:

Thank you, Samantha, and I hope the 2nd half of your senior year is fantastic!

Olivia: Class of 2010

Olivia is getting ready to graduate this spring, but before she does, I wanted to post some favorites from her senior session.  She is a really cool girl and she was so much fun to photograph!

Olivia is very involved in dance and theatre.  Here’s a trivia fact about Miss Olivia:  She was once a contestant on the Nickelodeon show Slime Time Live back in the early 2000′s (Remember that show? How fun is that??)

Best of luck with the rest of your senior year, Olivia!

More family sessions on campus

Karen contacted me for a formal portrait of her family back in August.  Her brother was in town with his family and she thought it would be a perfect opportunity to get everyone together to get a portrait taken with their mother, too.   Once all the formalities were out of the way, we had some serious fun at the Purdue Memorial Union.  They kept me laughing the whole time and by the time we were done, I felt like a part of the family.

Karen’s mom is one seriously sweet lady. I had to leave this one in color because I love her blue dress!

Stephanie + Zach = Married!

Stephanie did what every bride should do when it rains on her wedding day– Get out the hot pink umbrella and smile =)  I loved this wedding.

Here’s Stephanie and her girls leaving the oh-so-fabulous Evan Todd Salon in West Lafayette, all smiles.

Stephanie at the church, First Baptist, in downtown Lafayette, looking gorgeous.

Favorites!!

And of course, the very handsome Zach:

The happy couple:

Taken immediately after the ceremony:

In front of the doors at the First Baptist Church

Stephanie and Zach’s reception was the Purdue Memorial Union

Details, details….The flowers were done by Rubia Flower Market, the cake was by Cakes by Kelly and, yes, those are chocolate covered tuxedo strawberries =)

The head table loveliness

WSL Mobile D.J.’s took care of the music.  This one was during Stephanie and Zach’s first dance.  I’m pretty sure Zach’s smile sums up the whole day.

Midwest Bridal Affair this weekend

Last year, around this time, I was so nervous about participating in my very first bridal show.  I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I quickly discovered my nerves were unwarranted, as I met so many nice couples and other area wedding vendors and had a lot of fun in the process.  The 2010 Midwest Rentals Bridal Affair is Saturday, January 9th from 10am til 4pm and Sunday, January 10th from 12pm til 4pm.  I’ll be at Booth #56, so please stop by and say Hello!
