Here’s a few shots from a session earlier in the summer. Ellie is a super sweet girl and she was such a blast to work with!
We started the photo shoot inside.
Then we headed to Happy Hollow Park for a few shots outside. Ellie with her dad, Brent.

Alex has become quite a regular on my blog, and that is fine with me. Who wouldn’t want to photograph such an adorable little face? Also, for this session, I got to go out to his family’s farm and Liam accompanied me for a tour.
Alex seemed happy that Liam was with me….Liam was a great assistant, too! They kept each other laughing!
Alex got serious on me, but not for long!

Alex’s dad got to take a little break from work for a few photos and a chance to show us some of the farm equipment.
And, of course, Decky the pug had to get in a shot =)
Huge thanks to Alex’s mom and dad (Hi Laura and Aaron!) for making Liam and I feel so welcome! We learned so much about farming and cows and Liam still talks about riding the tractor and getting to feed the calf a bottle =) It was great, as always, to see how much Alex has grown and learned, too.
I love it when couples suggest a place that holds special meaning to them for their engagement sessions. For Becky and Jeff, that meant Purdue campus…more specifically Elliot Hall of Music. Jeff and Becky are both involved with the Purdue All-American Marching Band and it’s what brought them together. In fact, they met at Elliot Hall of Music, so that’s where we began our session.
No photo session on campus is complete without a photo of the bell tower.
Or the fountain, for that matter…It was pretty warm out that day, so I’m not entirely sure Becky would have minded being pulled in =)
Becky and Jeff, I had so much fun roaming around campus with y’all and I’m so excited about your wedding next year!
